As an active duty military officer with over 30 years of federal service i do not believe that military service has anything to do with this accident. I wish no harm to anyone. The facts will show what the cause of the accident was and justice will prevail. It is shameful though that false accusations are being made for those in time of need that result in disruption of much needed funds. Thank you so much.
