One thing that stands out about Dean Loggins is his STARE! His eyes could burn a hole through you! That was one big man and nobody messed with him! I found out that if you gave him respect… he would respect you. He was a cool guy! Love ya man!

I will never forget this man. No! You people do not understand this man unless you have met him. I remember him as a friend and also one BULL of a DEAN at Ernest Ward!!! I’ll never forget the ride to Hawthorne, FL. with myself, Bobby, Michael McDaniel, Chrissy, and Robby or Robbie Barrows. Bobby Franklin did a elbow drow on Chrissy and he started crying. Ha ha ha.Sorry dude. Anyway…..Dean Loggins was a BULL and kept Ernest Ward and the trouble makers in shape.

I’m sorry to hear about Coach Loggins he had a big impact on my life and the lessons he taught us are still with me today. If anyone knows when the funeral is gonna be please post it if it is ok to attend thank you.

Mrs. Morgan you as well. Coach Loggins was a part of a character building machine that was EWHS. He will be missed.

Coach Loggins helped form positive character traits in Ernest Ward students. He was most caring and upbeat coach. It was a privilege to have him touch our lives. May God fill and bless all who are left to mourn such a fine example. So sorry that I just learned of his death today 7/30/2020.
