I work for Navy Federal currently and it’s an incredible place to grow your career. The culture, diversity, benefits, promotional opportunities…the list goes on and on. It took a few applications before I was finally hired, but it was worth the wait. And the passion for excellent customer service is real.

I was a banker at another well know bank and when customers would tell me they had accts, or a account with Navy Federal Credit Union. I would straight up ask them, why are you here again? You already have the best. I now have 90% of everything with NFCU I am always so happy to do the survey at the end they are wonderful on the other end, you know when you can hear it in their voice they are sincerely happy with their job and help I g you. I love having NFCU in my wallet.
