The shooter may have broken the law. It would depend on total circumstances. As for the Sheriff not entering the woods and waiting to see them come out is safer for everyone.

Either way, shot gun,rifle,hand gun, all are illegal to fire into anyone’s home!! It’s these kind of people that NEVER need fire arms!!

I had to think about it a while. The writer probably needed a comma.
“The bullets were 223 high powered shot, gun like the ones for the AR 15 !!”
or even
“The bullets were .223 high powered, shot from an AR-15
-type gun!!”

People who use weapons should be careful.
If you kill someone by accident, he or she is still dead.

@Al is that you’re main concern that was going through your mind when an incident of gunfire was reported in our area and there was no investigation to see whether or not it was intentional or just target practice and still charge them with endangerment. Really

This was my sisters house they shot up!!
The bullets were 223 high powered shot gun like the ones for the AR 15 !!After cops arrived at her home the shooter fired again hitting a tree that knocked bark off the tree into cops face!!
Cops NEVER combed the woods to find the person responsible they just sat beside the road waiting for them to come out of the woods!!
Cops said PROBABLY!! someone target practicing what the hell!!
One of the bullets was less than 10 ft from where she was sitting!!

Oh yeah they are great, what happened to the illicit shooter? Nothing, they wouldn’t walk into the woods to find them. You hear gun shots all over Molino area, idiota re always out shooting.
