Century has no police department. They “defunded” it long ago, with interesting — although not surprising — results.

City police need to go back on the street
Walk their beat. Get to know the citizens, the city. Too many are just traffic cops. Busy writing tickets instead of being visible supporting citizens. Crime fighters, not crime avoided. I support law 100×.=
