My father Thomas Seal a Pensacola home builder had worked a lot with Carol. I remember how upset he was when he got the news about her death. I know she was a respect person in the real estate community. I wish her family the best, and am thankful they finally have some answers to this senseless crime.

How wonderful we can catch these individuals now and HOW SAD we didn’t have people like CeCe Moore a few decades ago (and the databases.) Keep up the good work. No one who commits a violent crime should go free.

I so remember when this happened because I had just passed my real estate test and received my license..went to work that weekend in a real estate firm in Milton part time..shortly after I decided to stick with my teaching 10 months a year and never regretted it! It is amazing what DNA can provide these days!

So glad this was solved. Ms. Rose sold my parents their home back in the early ’70’s. It was a shock to hear she had been murdered.
