ALABAMA : 5/31/20

Confirmed COVID-19 cases have surged in Alabama, reaching an all-time high this week, nearly two weeks after the state reopened. The numbers are startling: The state has had 400 new cases five times in the past seven days. “We’ve had this week a couple of the highest days we’ve seen in number of cases, and that’s certainly concerning to us,” State health officer Dr. Scott Harris said, according to AL.com. As of Friday afternoon, Alabama had 16,588 confirmed cases of COVID-19.

And just wait til Ponzi scheme headquarters WindCreek opens back up. This hospital will probably stay a headline and on the news for not being able to keep up with the number of new cases. I really don’t get why common sense is not common too common these days.

REGARDING:
"Have not worn a mask or glasses nor have I washed my hands more than I used to and will continue to travel on my job. By the way I still shake hands"

Because you don't care if you infect and possibly kill them. Understood.
Interesting thing to brag about.

David for treating others as we would like to be treated

Have not worn a mask or glasses nor have I washed my hands more than I used to and will continue to travel on my job. By the way I still shake hands therefore that probably means I don't practice social distancing. Yep it has been and will always be business as usual. SHEEP NO MORE!

Most if not all the mask people are wearing are useless. Test your mask put glasses on and go to a cold place or stick your head in the refrigerator. If your glasses fog up There is no seal and you aren’t keeping anything out .

Wearing a mask is not a political thing or a religious thing but a health thing.I choose to wear 2 at a time to double the benefit.

@Shaking my head

Many people who are positive are asymptomatic, so how are they going to know to stay home? This is why masks are important. The best thing to do is shop early in the morning if possible, when everybody else isn't out and about.

This contagion is not just going to go away, and if folks don't care about protecting themselves they are surely not going to care about others i.e. wearing masks and
distancing .

There are many infected that don't exhibit or experience any symptoms, but they can certainly infect others. There are still people falling ill due to the ease of restrictions,

People need to work and provide for their families, but the risks are still present. Go with God.

While part of this has got to be from opening everything back up. Another part has got to be the increased testing.

I pray they dont shut it all down again. We have to work. Especially the ESP from Esc. Co. Fl. Who dont qualify for unemployment. No summer school, no money. That means quite a few school support personnel will have to go find other jobs to keep body and soul together. Next Fall, we will be even shorter on bus drivers, aides, janitors, cafeteria workers etc.

Let's keep washing and staying far apart. Be safe everyone. This too shall pass.
