SCHOOLS SHOULD NOT OPEN BACK UP TIL ITS SAFE …..THE VIRUS WAS UNDERCONTROL UNTIL EVERYTHING STARTED OPENING BK UP ..LOCK FL BACK DOWN TIL FURTHER NOTICE! WE NEED MARSHAL LAW TO KEEP PPL INSIDE NO ONE IS LISTENING

I teach in one of our local high schools. We had an illness pass through in late November which strongly resembled the COVID 19 symptoms. I had it. I’d love to be able to access a test to see if I have antibodies, and I think all students returning to school should be tested as well. I think we may find that most of us have been exposed and infected already. I know of two members of our department who have been tested AND had the antibodies. Maybe it can be accomplished over the summer break.

I am concerned about schools being opened this coming school year 20-21 only because the covid19 virus is no where under control and students going back to school being around other students not knowing if they or any other member of their family has been exposed to this virus and then just pass it off to God knows how many other students and then bring home this virus to their family members i can only suggest that things stay the way they are for schools right now until this virus is brought under control i take my grand-daughter to and from school every day and quite frankly i don’t care to get this virus and maybe not recover from it you people are putting alot of people’s lives on the line if the schools reopen in the fall and this virus is no where under control so i believe that if a parent has children in school they should have the choice to continue their child’s learning as it is now or the choice to send them back to school everyone needs to be responsible and think this virus situation through and not do the wrong thing by opening schools up and possibly exposing students and their families to the virus causing more death i pray that the right decision will be made
