North or South who cares. Service industry c’mon, serve up some covid19. Serve up some common sense. Hawaii for example is pretty much big time depending on tourism industry but has a lot different attitude than Florida. Less people but possibly smarter in their approach. Assuming someone is on a pension and from the North is just shallow as are the comments about the South–even if there is truth in both. Just be smart everyone it’s not 1999 anymore…see that reference to a song?? Artist formerly known as?

Hey Rich, you must be from the north and living on a good pension. That’s right Florida is a service industry state and you should rally around the opening. I’m a Florida native and if you are from the north as I assume you are when you said “the whole south” then go back to where you come from. Don’t come down here and tell us how to live.

Idk why people think everything should be open… the beaches are why people come to Florida . That means they bring the virus with them from all over the country. How is that ok? I get it … the economy….. but I’m a Florida resident and I’d prefer people to stay in their own freaking state right now . And if closing beaches will do that then so be it . I guess people are just too selfish to realize that . And this whole wearing a mask ordeal….. if a business wants people to wear a mask then we should follow rules. If you don’t wanna wear it or have a problem then take yourself somewhere else. I’m just baffled how many idiots are in Florida . Well really the whole south .

Then Escambia County did not fully open the beaches. Perdido Key is still in Escambia County last time I checked.
