Hey, guys. Here's some information for you. I have a friend who went through the UWF testing site a week ago, and he tested positive. He's self quarantining right now. I think For those who have not received a call back / information yet, you may be negative, but I'm not sure. He was told a week after he did the testing that he was positive. It may be their concentrating on the most urgent communication at this point. Hope this helps anybody! They are backed up. I don't think they have to tell you that for you to know. :-( understand that many of them are volunteers and they're doing the best they can.

Not complaining at all about availability of testing but what good is a test without results? My wife and I went through on Saturday, May 2 and haven't heard anything. Just like the other comments the telephone numbers are not helpful and the Genetworx Lab message says to contact the testing site or the attending physician.

As others have mentioned, at least a message saying, "We are sorry but we are extremely backed up and will deliver the results as soon as possible" or something similar but not having a way to receive the results in many ways negates the usefulness of the test. My guess is that only those who are positive are notified but it would be nice to hear the "no news is good news" at a minimum.

My husband and I are also waiting for results, eight days after the test. We are wondering if anybody got test results from the UWF testing site. If yes, please let us know. Thanks!

My husband and I got tested here and as another as said, we were given two numbers. Both numbers ring, but tell us to leave a message. No one picks up and it has been over five business days. We went to this testing on day one, I can see them being backed up with tests but at least let us know that's the case. I'm unsure of what to do because both my work place and doctors are expecting a phone call about my results and we still don't have any. Does anyone have any more information on this site and possibly who to contact to get more information about the test results?

The wife and I went through Sunday about noon. From beginning to end we were the only ones there. I would have thought they would have had constant lines. I don't want to hear anyone complain about a lack of available testing. It's fast, convenient, and best of all free.

Yeah, good luck. I got tested here over a week ago and was told to expect results in 2 to 5 days. I was given a paper with two numbers to call if I didn't hear from anyone in that time frame. I called, and for a period of time, both numbers were disconnected. Now those numbers just go to an automated menu that either hangs up on you or tells you to leave a message. Two messages left, still no call back.
