Here's some information for you. I have a friend who went through the UWF testing site a week ago, and he tested positive. He's self quarantining right now. I think For those who have not received a call back / information yet, you may be negative, but I'm not sure. He was told a week after he did the testing that he was positive. It may be their concentrating on the most urgent communication at this point. Hope this helps anybody! They are backed up. My wife and I went through on Saturday, May 2 and haven't heard anything. Just like the other comments the telephone numbers are not helpful and the Genetworx Lab message says to contact the testing site or the attending physician. As others have mentioned, at least a message saying, "We are sorry but we are extremely backed up and will deliver the results as soon as possible" or something similar but not having a way to receive the results in many ways negates the usefulness of the test. My guess is that only those who are positive are notified but it would be nice to hear the "no news is good news" at a minimum. I'm unsure of what to do because both my work place and doctors are expecting a phone call about my results and we still don't have any. Does anyone have any more information on this site and possibly who to contact to get more information about the test results?
