There are so many ppl that collect state benifits all year long claiming they have little to no income then turn right around and claim they have an income babysitting ect to file for their income tax return. Keep in mind claiming 3 kids with $20,000 income by selling @ the flea market, having yard sales, babysitting, ECT and get a tax return of around $10,000 and never having to report as income to receive your benifits. Someone please explain to me how come the two systems to not cross one another?

There are a lot of people who are scamming the system it’s going on all over the U.S. but only so many get caught up with she just happened to be that one. Here in Louisiana everytime to turn around they catch somebody I guess this is just a hotspot state that the FBI thinks they have to watch closely, I don’t know, but believe me she’s not the only.one.

I believe it! I know someone who is claiming benefits in mercer county and doesn’t even pick their kid up for her weekend visits.. she’s lied about addresses to receive benefits, has 5 kids and has flat out said she can’t work more than X amount of hours or she will lose her foodstamps. How on earth has JFS NOT stepped in?! Obviously after 5 kids with all different daddy’s and every single child has been on welfare since birth, you’d think someone would throw some red flags up. Our system helps people who know how to use it, but when people need extra help they cant get it.

$60 billion is spent on social welfare programs and 100 billion is spent on corporate subsidies!

So when disaster strikes the poorest among us are hit the hardest . . . . the sickest and weakest are dying from the virus, they struggle during floods, hurricane’s, wildfires, earthquakes and everything else God sends their way.

Even small businesses are having a hard time getting loan assistance right now while corporations again and again get bailouts.

Corporations should be arrested for welfare fraud!

What in the world do politicians have to do with what she did ? This country has lost its mind and so have some of you in your posts . When did doing bad become the norm ? When I was in business I had someone steal from me, grand theft and it was a felony third strike for that person and they got 25 to life. I haven’t lost a nights sleep. Scratch a lie catch a thief.

Easy to claim; hard to prove — or disprove, quite possibly false, since those caught are usually jailed and cut off. Those not caught are hard to count.

Say you had 1,000 politicians scamming a million dollars each in a year (one billion dollars, I know it seems low, but bear with me).

Compare that to 10 million others scamming $200 each per year (two billion dollars, I know it seems high, but bear with me, it’s only one out of 33) by fraud like the above or not declaring all income (including from sales of illegal drugs and assorted thefts and robberies) on their income taxes.

In this case, while each politician averaged taking more, twice as much total would be scammed by the more numerous small amount scammers.

Real numbers to plug in are not known. Politicians may be more honest or less honest, may take more or less, drug merchants and other criminals may be making their income tax declarations accurately,…

That’s a common occurrence sad to say. This is the thing when you had your greed take over common sense the cost is high. The probable thing is you may grow old and if your not all that informed and invested in dealings that will help sustain you when your old you may have no choice but to seek assistance. It may not be a certainty but definitely a probability. That option wont be there for ya. Karma is something else, right?

So many people scamming the system that it makes me sick.. I personally know many people too sorry to wok but have no problem getting the 600/wk Stimulus, Welfare Etc. Only in America can people be rewarded for their laziness & Deceitfulness.
