I agree with bewildered my mother will be 101 years old in 3 months there would be no way she could fight this virus. Her assisted living facility is not on the list, but my mother-inlaw said that there are positive results in her facility. I think the family’s deserve the right to know if that’s the case so other arrangements can be made if possible.

The facility my mother is in notified us quickly. We received a call and a letter. We all miss mother so much, but are grateful for the good care shes getting. Praying this ends very soon, with asfew casualties as possible.

I have a personal relationship with a client at one of these facilities and we were not notified. As a matter of fact I was told yesterday there wasnt anybody in the facility with covid19.

that’s awful. Rosewood should be closed permanently. That place is terrible. Some of the staff are lazy, incompetent and they do not want to be bothered. The cleaning ladies were the only ones that seemed to care while my loved one was there.

As long as family members of the residents are kept abreast and given the opportunity to remove their loved ones, I think these facilities did their job. Next the law suits will start coming as is already the case with the cruise ship industry. True, these facilities don’t cram thousand of people in a relative small space – but sadly all their residents are already weak, sick and no match for any disease .
