I went to a IRS site and it ask to certain questions about my return in 2018 or 2019 and my bank account information and every time I enter that information it states my information doesn’t match with their records

I file my taxes two weeks ago. I made 2900.00 in 2019 and 3600 in 18. I file a return specifically to get stimulus. The took 177$ for fees and my total refund was only 356. Before fees. It still is unprocessed and now I can’t get stimulus because it’s has not processed it. It’s been 14 days. Status is still received. Still no stimulus. Won’t be any stimulus until processed. This is insane to me. I’ve been battling illness and have no insurance and have been to sick to work for months.

People that owe irs will they get a stimulus check as well or will it be put on what is owed
