		<description>I have frontier, my complaint is there internet is so slow, and I need it because I have hulu, if frontier stops I won&#039;t have phone or tv, because I need the internet. I have a cell phone but no service where I live.Spectrum tried to rip me off. Verizon I can&#039;t afford and we won&#039;t talk about at&amp;t.so frontier was the best I could come up with.so I think if they didn&#039;t try to only think about themselfs and think about there customers. And not try to charge you to death, or rip you off they might of been a great company SO SAD.!</description>

		<description>How could Frontier service possibly be any worse than it already is. I am forced to use their DSL service which is abhorrent. They promised us that the DSLAM&#039;s would be back hauled on fiber. That is a lie.</description>

		<description>I found there customer service absolutely horrible along with their service,after 3months of service I terminated my service with them,they charged me almost$100 for installation &amp; service when I 1st joined with them,then my bill was late in the mail they charged 9.99 then they didn&#039;t even have phone option to pay my bill I terminated my service after 3months then they charged for termination the worst service I&#039;ve ever had</description>

		<description>Last year my bill went up about $35-$40 after my contract ran out. I called Spectrum &amp; Frontier ( I have had them when the were Verizon in 2012)I had no issues until last year. In 2018, I got rid of the sports package &amp; added a device protection plan to keep my price of $145per month. . My service was internet, cable &amp; landline). Both Spectrum &amp; Frontier offered plans for $166, but Spectrum wanted to charge for installation, but offered 2free premium channels for a year. I stayed with Frontier as Premium channels were not important to me. BTW the supervisor was rude and did not honor the original emailed quote so I had to get rid of the Device protection plan.  The next 4 bills were over $166, I had to call the manager every time for 4months. Plus I noticed I no longer get TNT &amp; a few other channels I had before. I am going to keep internet &amp; maybe landline, but I am going to use Sling or maybe ATT-TV. I have had it with them. I am spending more for a lot less! Ugh!! </description>

		<description>Very Disappointing Company, they will not negotiate with Spectrum about televising Dodger games, the MLB Station was removed because they could not negotiate a contract, time to start looking for a new service have not been the same since Verizon was sold to Frontier, prices keep going up and less stations! I am done with them!</description>

I would be on the phone for hours trying to contact customer service and then they would give me the run around and transfer me to several different customer service reps. This last time they disconnected us and the sent me a bill for the disconnection charge. I refuse to pay it! I told them to send out a tech to repair our service and they told me that there was not an open port to reconnect us. I was completely done with Frontier at this moment and went with satellite.  I feel that Frontier owes us money for the nightmares of the worse service ever and the customer service they provide! I will never return! Plus they kept overcharging us every month! We live the country but we should receive better service then what Frontier gives to there customers! I even sent an email to the President of the company to stress how terrible his company is! Now they want to file bankruptcy! Wow!!!!</description>
