They are basically in a quarantine area. Keep them separate put those really sick in hospital just like we are doing. To release any would just be exposing more outside. Take same precautions as we. Have them all cover their faces with scarfs or bandannas. Separate the positive ones and clean their cells and areas just like we do at home. Bless you all. Well it’s the outside.
