Wish I had known both teams were here. I would have liked to see the show. Have seen them separately but always wanted to see the combo. First time for the T-Birds they were flying the F-100 at McConnell AFB. Until I moved here closest to Navy was the 1 Harrier at the CAF show in Midland TX

Thank you for sharing those wonderful pictures. You don’t see the two teams fly together that often. But now their missions can coordinate with one another like this Wednesday
We may see them do this again with the approval of Congress. Got to have a budget. Go team and thank you for supporting those people better lockdown in the hospital or in their house with your flyovers. perhaps you can make a trip up here to Detroit because we need some positive reinforcement was this Coronavirus. Be safe stay home and let’s beat this thing.

How was down at Dayton Ohio, at Vidalia airfield. During the hundred year of flight. Both teams were there along with the Canadian northern lights oh, so you saw one of the best air shows ever done. That speaks well cuz that’s like the fifth time I’ve been down there and they always know how to put on a great Air Show.

I live in West Pensacola and yesterday I saw both flying in formation separately. It was one of the coolest sights to see. Our Blue Angel’s and Thunderbirds are awesome representatives of our military in the good ole USA!

Being a former Navy Hospital Corpsman with the USMC, I have enjoyed watching the Blue Angel’s quite a few times. I have not seen the Thunderbirds before. Curious, she close are their performances and maneuvers overall?.Thank you! John “Doc” Lykins, Midlothian, Virginia.

@ LuLu, back in the 80’s when I was working in the field at a farm near what is now Molino PK Elementary, we saw a large plane coming in from the West, L_O_W & S_L_O_W…

When it got close enough to make out, we realized it was one of the Jumbo Jets piggybacking the Space Shuttle (can’t recall which one) home to NASA_Canaveral/Kennedy.

The Goodyear Blimp is cool to see, as well, but Jumbo/Shuttle takes the prize!

It’s awesome seeing them every year for the past 10 in San Francisco. It’s become like a little family tradition getting to Krissy field at like 530 am to get a good spot and having breakfast together. Sadly I don’t think there will be a show this year. Hoping everything goes back to normal by October.
