The residential lots by Developer Chad Brown is a way better idea than a Dollar General which my Sister heard was going there per a public hearing. The bottom lot could be made smaller to allow for a road into the development with rear access for all lots (if redesigned). This would minimize the possibility of rear end collisions as residents turn into their homes but I worry that this intersection is at a top point and folks go through it too fast. If someone is turning on the other side, they may not be seen until it is too late. I agree with another comment of hopes that the water be filled in correctly for the sake of the new owners. Same for the animals and fish who rely on it.

Whoever approved this Dollar General has not been in the area when the elementary or middle are starting or letting out. Buses and cars are lined up at the light causing congestion and delaying traffic. The congestion already prohibits residents from out of their neighborhoods safely. Very poor leadership displayed.

Well a bit of advise. Dont buy the house where the pond used to be. I was told by a previous resident of that property it was spring fed.

So are we filling in the pond. How do you do that . What happened to the Oh you can’t do that because that is wet land or greenbelt land. Or is it if you have money you can do what you want.
