Let's see...the mayor is out a lot due to health issues (God Bless You Sir, hope you are better soon!). The town clerk is out on personal/health leave. The council president is an accountant and presumably up to her ears busy in tax forms. So that leaves Vern Prether that wormed his way in as city manager with free reign. No...let's don't just put the voting equipment in another room or move the council meeting to a community center...let's cancel it. No oversight over his action for a few more weeks that way.
