Does seems unenforceable if not borderline Unconstitutional. You now again made an 18 y/o not an adult? I understand nothing good happens that late, but well intended as it made be, NOTHING is worth suspending our rights.

some kid would have to drunk, or stealing something to not be legal on the street at night. this curfew has more holes in it than swiss cheese. closing all the parks is silly also. the only people i see at the park are walking or playing tennis. the other little park on wilkerson never has anyone there.

The town’s curfew ordinance on its face with what is reported here is unenforceable.
There are many exceptions for just about any reason, like the one for the First Amendment. “Yep, officer, I’m just here exercising my right to peacefully assemble. Now go away.” LOL!
