Wasn’t bad we got it all cleaned up in a 20 hour period . for the other guy the railroad does not investigate it self .d.o.t does and the .f.r.a.and the fines are not cheap we are talking hundreds of thousands

Allowing the railroad to investigate them selves after a derailment it’s like asking someone on death row to kill themselves. Contact me and I have lots of information as this is the culture of the railroad. profit over paper and this will make a great news article what I have.

They need to find out whats causing this because it could have been a lot worse especially if they had been going any faster. Department of Transportation requires truck drivers todo a daily inspection on there equioment. Trains should be done also..my opinion.
