I am the grandmother of tyquarius Moultrie and my family has been through so much since that baby died and he got the nerd and want to come out and walk again I don’t wish death on anybody I would never let that come out my mouth but I do wish for him to never walk again what he did was the stupidest thing anybody could ever do and he took my baby’s life

Maybe a few months locked in solitary will cramp his hands or some good hard work detail. Sniveling little coward. Kills a child and gets to live and breathe still. Not justice at all.

seems like the 19 month old lil child got the death sentence and the criminal gets life with food , housing, medical and more…. and yet he thinks he still has rights and most likely does…..what about the little victim who was put to death ….something is wrong ..what am I missing?

Make a not and when time for parole comes around, deny! People are wasting the courts time and the dockets are already full for bona fide complaints. Spoiled little brats like him need to be cut off!

Were his attorneys given the same warning? Obviously he is not filing all these motions by himself.
