So I go to the local hardware store today, lady walking around with a mask on….I just don’t get it, if you have to wear a mask to go out…maybe you should stay at home.by the way…I later see her meet up with her husband in the store and guess what…he’s not wearing a mask. Makes a lot of sense doesn’t it?

The number of test kits is the thing. There should be enough test kits for anyone that wants to test themselves. Thanks to the incompetency of the president we don’t have enough of anything to combat this. Now he wants to go against all science advisors and open everything back up like nothing’s happened.

We leave close to Cantoment we has been in Sams Bj Walmart at least said where this persons has been in the pass week. We get out of our house with wipes glove and mask in small zip locks bags we have enough of wipes alcohol on the car I do not take my purse down get the credit cars in a small plastic bags with wipes inside as soon we finish we wipe the cards in another bag is for us to clean our hands etc WE Need to be aware where this patient has been at least one week back

From a standpoint of infectious diseases, and pertaining to BBP training, gloves can SPREAD disease, not prevent it, if they are contaminated, and then come in contact with other surfaces.
The second point of contamination is when people remove said gloves, and make contact with the outside of the glove, which is where any infectious substance is located at,

Some people still can’t get tested if they are sick unless they know they have come in contact with someone who was infected. But that’s the problem; infected asymptomatic people can spread it, completely unaware they are a carrier. The public needs to be told about the numbers so we can make informed decisions for ourselves and our families. Florida has the largest percentage of people 65+ in the country and our governor allowed spring break to carry on through the last day. We need to hound elected officials for the truth. If we can post here, we can contact them online and bombard their phones. Stay safe.

As for gloves, I watched a cashier handle everyone’s products with gloves on. Between customers, she chose to pop her neck right and left, putting the gloves right on her cheek bones, then scratched her nose. From there, she continued with the next customer, same gloves so no point, The hand sanitzer would be the better option but they can’t get it.
I was thankful she was there for the few things I needed and told her so but I hope people will continue to limit going out as much as they can for a while

There are certainly more cases here than that. With more to come. It would be useful to publish the total number of tests given. With Trump requiring all information about Covid-19 on a national level to go through Mike Pence’s office, that information might not be available, however.

Not surprised to see Cantonment cases. Grocery and home fix it centers have not put gloves on employees and very few shoppers wearing gloves. One grocery store employee said we put out wipes but people were stealing so we stopped.
