The Aryan Brotherhood is extremely conscious of their image in the prisons, and absolutely will not tolerate sex offenders. If they allow him to walk they would instantly lose their standing with the other gangs. It does not matter the circumstances. They will already know his charges and as soon as he hits a yard, he will be attacked and be lucky to live through it. They'll probably cut the AB tattoos off of him. Either that or he'll have to spend the next 30 years or whatever he gets, in Protective Custody, which is basically solitary confinement. This dude has royally messed up. Judge Miller allowed all sentences to run concurrently so with Gain Time, he served just less than 3 years. My guess is he did not belong to the Brotherhood until he spent time in Prison. He got out, missed his buddies on the inside, and picked this particular crime to return to prison increasing his standing and credibility with the Brotherhood.
