Hopefully it’s well paying jobs. Businesses cannot get enough good Skilled workers anymore. Good skilled labor is almost non-existent anymore. Every so often a young person who wants to learn a trade comes along. But very rare. So let’s hope for a better future and higher paying jobs for the ones who are skilled and in demand.
