And now the dad won’t be getting visitation at all for endangering his child. Not real smart move. Another case where the child is used as a weapon to hurt each other. Mom should have done the exchange herself and not sent her boyfriend.

Almost a shooting every day this month in Pensacola. Where is the Mayor, why isn’t he speaking out on this? Community leaders pretend this isn’t happening and instead tout our beautiful beaches and the Foo Foo festival. Guess what, tourists are not showing up when there is a shooting every day here.

That poor child. Having to witness that. People need to think about others. How about think about the poor child that was there to go to their other parent. KESUS!

I was near the McDonalds on Cervantes only an hour before the shooting that started at A and Cervantes started and ending at 9th and Cervantes. A shot hit the building. If they would have started this BS a little sooner I would have been in the middle of it. Makes me sick to think about it. I’m a wife and mother and have people who depend on me, like most others. Innocent bystanders could have been hurt. Sickening!

@Henry, are you kidding or are you as messed up as this story? An “Ethical reason for shooting him that may make some sense”??? Do you even know the meaning of the work “ethical”? The only reason there ever is for shooting someone is if your life is threatened. Not because you got “disrespected”, not because “he slept with my girlfriend”, but because your life is in danger period. Anything else and you are in the wrong.

If you do not think this child has been traumatized by this, you must have had one crappy childhood yourself. The only way this does NOT effect a child is if that child has been desensitized to violence by being subjected to it on a daily basis. Much like a police officer gets desensitized to violent crime scenes.

i cant imagine how the child is gonna think about adults know to shoot each other wow what is this world coming to we cant even walk down the road anymore without having to worry about speeding cars drive bys and kid nappings and rape shootings you guys should be ashamed of yourselfs
