This is my neighborhood. We have grandchildren and pets and I am very upset that we are now having issues with drugs and shootings in this
quiet neighborhood. Get him in jail and get him the help he needs. I don’t want to go to bed wondering who is shooting and where the bullets are going.

Some of you are saying you knew him and he’s a good man but drugs and alcohol can change people and you never know how someone is behind closed doors. Some of us know people from work that are a different person at home. Guns are not to be played with, period.

James has been given an opportunity to turn his situation around; praying he will do just that. All of us has made a bad choice in our lives at times. He has manned up and is taking his punishment. Hopefully he will return to his family and friends with a new lease on life. Our prayers and love will continue.

Sounds like drugs or alcohol were involved. If not, then it’s this man’s mental health that needs attention.

If it’s drugs/alcohol, I have no sympathy since a person makes a CHOICE to take them. If it’s mental health, hope he gets the help he needs.

I’ve known James along time and just because he made a mistake doesn’t make him a bad person we all make mistakes through life so no one should ever judge another person……he still has family and kids that see the comments so let’s not be nasty about him he is still human and he’s still a great man and is still very loved

Oh yeah some know more of the story…….he got off easy! Discharging a firearm from a vehicle, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief = 4 years prisons.
