I was right behind the car that got hit. I can’t believe he was bonded out. Seeing them pull a little kid out of the car was horrible, and I was sure that the people in front didn’t make it. Thank goodness they did. This guy was flying. But I think the worst part was when a mob gathered just minutes after the accident and were screaming, cursing, and threatening the cops.

Do ya think he’s going to return to the court house knowing
what his punishment will be? Oh thats right,, just a slap on
the hand and told not to do it again.

They need to leave him in jail for being stupid. His stupidity almost got someone killed.

He RAN from deputies….FLEEING, ELUDING, RESISTING ARREST….and more……..injured innocent people with no regard for human life, and could have easily killed them….With these facts, a judge (term used lightly) RELEASED HIM ON BOND!!! Am I missing something?? How can a criminal, (he certainly isn’t innocent until proven guilty now is he??)…..be released from FLEEING, ELUDING, RESISTING ARREST without the thought that the courts will never see him again or until he does it again, with possible fatal outcome?? What is happening in our justice system that allows folks to be bonded out on such serious charges!!
