fantastic! Let’s close up this facility, put a few hundred folks out of work(or force them to move) who have given heart and soul to the DOC and because the DOC refuses to update the place, now have no work at all! Kaye Ivy is a fool to think she can shore up the DOC by closing up Holman and moving prisoners elsewhere. Stop making prison a vacation for these fools and maybe they’ll stop repeating bad behavior. Kaye and her cronies want to make prisons more accommodating. The prisoners wouldn’t have given her the same consideration.

In 51 years the utilities need replacing. Must be piping and conduit. There is something wrong sad about that.
