I know the father of the children. No he is not a police officer..just a daddy who wants what is right for his children. How sad these two women try to poison their children mind against him.. praying he gets hus children and they get the help they need and the mom gets supervised visitation..

Maybe they should interview the child.
Of course, they’ll probably say the child is lying, too.
You’ll notice why it says they can’t post mom’s picture — the father in the situation is probably a cop. They do tend to protect their own.

Hopefully a very thorough investigation to all allegations will be made, by parties with no ties to law enforcement agencies – unbiased third parties – to ensure the truth is found.

I have been in the position of these men, it cost me everything. Fortunately the courts are beginning, as in my case, to realise that the abusive false witness provided by psychotic individuals is extremely dangerous to children in compromising positions. Glad to see justice actually work in Escambia County. Shame on a broken system, shame on DCF for enabling it, and shame on anyone who would lie in order to destroy another person.

What makes it worse is when friends and neighbors still look at you thinking you really did what was alleged and will always have in the back of their mind the accusations. Accusers will never be charged; but the accused are given a life sentence of judgement.

It’s nice to see when hateful people are actually held accountable for their shenanigans. Kudos to DCF for allowing your investigator to do something about it. Kudos to ECSO for putting a stop to the nonsense. It’s unfortunate that family law situations rarely end this way.

Monica Kidd should have no rights to any custody of her children.

Both women need supervised visits.

They are mentally unstable women, but the Judges won’t see that these days.

Not impressed with DCF as woman is the 1st tell yell abuse of a child to get their way and the DCF 99% of the time focuses on the real dirty party
Yet, there has been no repercussion on the party making the false charge

The DCF is gender based when it comes to investigations…
Usually the one making the charge has a vendetta against the other party.

Children are too often used as pawns and the system is not smart enough…and is biased into believing a fictional story
2 sides to every story, but you cant be selective to who or whom you should talk to
Been there and done that..and my granddaughter died because of the DCF biased findings
You can pencil whip any DCF report

Lord have mercy! These two obviously very mentally disturbed people are out on a $1,500 bond. No sane person would make such overboard outrageous allegations and hope to regain custody of a child.

They should be prosecuted heavily, and have no more contact with the child. This is disgusting, and she don’t even look like she is sorry it happened!
