Speeding, zig zagging through traffic, running red lights. I want ya'll to participate in an experiment. Watch that one person that flies by you doing 65 mph in a 45 mph zone. Now, when you come up to a traffic light, see if you see them. Chances are, you will. I've seen this many many time. Just remember, if speed really counted, rabbits would rule the world.
