Do you really think a 15 year old that can not drive alone is old enough to make a decision like this no..he was persuaded and he is still a child..he can't drive alone, drink legally, buy cigarettes, serve in the military, work most places...but you think he is old enough to make a decision to have sex with a 40 year old and that is ok?
