There is a shoulder and plenty of low cut grass at that stretch of Hwy 90. The folks who get onto the travel lanes are plain suicidal, and that's fine except they get into trouble those who involuntarily help them to depart.
I usually see a bicyclist or two on Chemstrand Rd. early in the morning, they have dark grey to black clothes and no lights, and they ride on the road, not on the grass. If this is not suicidal, tell me what is.
I walk a lot, when I walk alone the roads, I walk on grass, not on the road, this is just plain common sense and courtesy.
