My grandson, who also a graduate of Tate High School, went through 4 years with the Marines, and knows very well what you went through at Boot Camp. He went on to do two tours in Alphganistan, one for only 4 months when he volunteered to compete a time of another Marine who got hurt. My grandson came home complete and without harm. He then entered college and completed 4 years, graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He has already completed over a year working for the Paper Mill in Cantonment as an engineer. Again all I can say to you is to keep your self assured that you did the right thing. Utilize all the resources of the Marines to continue your education and use the GI bill monies to get yourself a good college education. Congratulation on completing the training in the Marine corp.
