If she was on the bike , she'd be a bicyclist, who should drive like a vehicle and obey rules of the road. Makes a LOT of difference in the outcome to this unfortunate situation. Was she a bicyclist that crossed against the light? Was she at an intersection? If she was walking, did she have the ped light or not? Any cameras nearby? If she was walking her bike, she’d be a pedestrian.
