In the case of this notice, 5 residences were affected by the Precautionary notice and they were notified directly.  Hope that helps.</description>

		<description>While I appreciate ECUA’s due diligence, they need to implement a call out or text service to let residents and businesses know when a boil notice is in place; even if only precautionary.  This is the first I’ve read of this and I live nearby.</description>
