“information provided by a neighbor contradicts her story”. If this woman was found to be lying, she should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. It’s sad that our legal system has devolved to the point that you CAN BE PROVEN GUILTY BY GENDER.

I didn’t comment on the earlier story. After reading a few of the victim’s statements to Deputies, I decided that she and Foster were both trouble.

She said she was not allowed to leave the house except for short periods of time with a family member. Indicates that Foster is controlling. Time to leave and not return.

Change your phone number and Foster won’t be able to locate you by GPS.

Most people don’t know how to leave an abusive situation and end up seriously injured or dead.

I know it’s hard for people to leave for fear of being found again, or afraid of being alone. BUT, get some guts and get out.

Mental Counseling is always a good route to take.

This guy has more pull than the Clintons. From the previous story its obvious his girlfriend is scared to death of him and now she is the one in trouble. What a shame.

It’s possible that the charges were false, but it sounds like the woman who brought the charges against him has more fear of him than she does faith in the justice system.

It’s really sad for her if that proves to be the case, and just let’s another predator and abuser go scot-free.

I wonder how many of the “guilty until proven innocent” crowd who posted on the original article will take the time to post an apology to this man?

One person called him an ANIMAL and another wanted a return to the Wild West where he could beat this “scrum” with his “bear hands” (his spelling, not mine).
