Growing up in Warrington in the sixties, Papa Don was always in the background on WBSR as I cruised Navy Boulevard and Barrancas Avenue and out Gulf Beach Highway. A.M. radio is all we had and Papa Don was our mentor. I was never on a date or out with the gang without Papa Don riding with us. Great times, great memories and a time long gone. Tech High School, 1968.
