Escambia doesnt want to clean up their act. A state EMS office employee referred an out of state applicant to Escambia for their open manager job. His resume is more than required for the position and he has dealt with clean ups like this before where employees were pencil whipping training. He did not even get an interview. Instead they want to repeat the mistakes of the past. They have an educational system that isn't fucntioning. They lost hundreds of thousands in bad billing in a change over months ago. They are going to have to forfeit hundreds of thousands of additional dollars over the educational fall out because otherwise they are guilty of insurance fraud putting unsafe and uncertified providers on the street. Oh, and they have a drug issue under investigation too for missing narcotics. Other than that a typical day in Escambia. Can we just be honest? Escambia doesnt want to clean up their act.
