No matter how many different Governors or Secretaries take office, they just don’t seem to get it. FDC’s priorities are backwards & they continue to lose senior staff at an alarming rate. While they’re focusing on new hires (some now 18-years-old) their experienced staff are fed up & have had enough. Why would you not focus your attention & money on staff RETENTION? Show them that their experience and knowledge matters! If you were there for 10-20 years & a brand new baby-faced teenager was hired making your exact salary (or more after their bonus,) that tells you that your experience means nothing to FDC. However, you’re expected to train the new hires because of your knowledge & experience? WAKE UP, Tallahassee!!!
