If you run from law enforcement, then the sentence should be one year in prison for every MPH over the posted speed limit, Plus resitution for all damage. If some one is injured or killed LIFE IN PRISON OR DEATH SENTENCE.

It is those fast cars… We need to get rid of all those fast cars… if we outlaw all the fast cars it will take care of the issue…

There is no need for anyone to have a car that goes that fast. Max speed is 80 in America, why do we need any cars that go over 80 in this country?

Too many people have been watching entirely too much TV. Let the Monday morning quarterbacking continue. No air support! Morgan took care of that right after he got elected. Most of the other gadgets require you to get close to the vehicle to use them, so you gotta chase them to get close enough to use them. Let him go and then the same ones complaining about chasing him will be condemning law enforcement when he does something else after he is allowed to escape. No wonder they can’t recruit or keep LEO’s now. Everyone wants to second guess their decisions and share all of their uneducated advice they gained from the training they never received. As for the Onstar theory about stopping the vehicle, you gotta have a VIN number and the car has to be equipped with that feature to work, oh and you need an owner with an Onstar account, they don’t do anything for free unless the vehicle wrecks.

I’m not sure if this is the same high speed chase that I witnessed last night on Olive road near FPMS around 7:35pm. I was on my way home from church with my 14yr old daughter when the car flew by us driving at an extremely high rate of speed followed by multiple police.

They thought this was the fool that hit a FHP last night and left the scene of course.. When yhey spotted the car is yhe reason they didnt stop until they got him.. Now he can rest in jail tonight with dog bites in his butt. Sorry for all involved but good job FHP !!!
