He told me he has worked with the FRA for twenty years and has NEVER had one complaint about that crossing. Then proceeded to tell me what was wrong with taking Brent lane, and that that the railroad was there before many of those crossings. Shortly thereafter i knew the conversation was over. It is like Big Steve commented, the breakdowns/delays are not going to change a thing in regards to train operations. Machinery fails, locomotive engines included. Neighborhoods/towns/industry are built around railroad tracks - just keep venting your frustrations folks, there is only so much the industry can do to all of the issues mentioned in these comments. The trains will keep rolling (hopefully) and get on down the tracks...
