I don't have to register in ANY state but here, because what I did was a misdemeanor and not a true sex crime. the laws here are ridiculous. The state dosent adhere to the federal three tier structure. The state groups High level offenders with low level offenders. When this state re arranges its laws to watch the ones whom need to be watched, leave the ones who don't alone, and change the law period to not have any misdemeanor case from any state that don't have to register no where else but here, off the registry..... maybe things would be structured better.... Yall got your hard earned tax dollars being wasted on people like me ( thousands of people here ) and focus on actual offenders, and something mite be achieved.
