A closer ER to the residents living in North Escambia county. Wished Sacred Heart would construct a second full service hospital in the vicinity of Beulah near Navy Federal on the vacant land there. It doesn't have to be a large facility, just a size that could be more convenient than 9th Avenue. Some times a person going to this new ER may need to be admitted to the hospital. Great idea.
