It's not a question of no advantages! There is always the military that will train for free and pay a decent salary at the same time. What the problem is......is it way too easy to get a government handout. Despair is NOT the problem......laziness and self-centeredness! If I can get it given to me or I can steal in is the way of thinking for those who aren't trying to better themselves. FYI the Dept. of Corrections is now hiring 18 year olds and they will pay you and train you at the same time! (oh but you have to have a clean record.)
