However, he is doing the job that the judges and the state have not done. This story does not say why Anderson was in prison but we presume it was murder becuase he was a cellmate of Beamon who was on Death Row. I think every murderer deserves the death penalty. But maybe we keep Beamon as a deterrent. So he has murdered at least three people, maybe more. Yes, he could be executed today.
