What a blessing it was to read this touching story! Grateful for the selfless people who gave this treasure of a man this amazing opportunity. Thank you so much for your service, Albert J. Lane. I miss my grandfathers who were World War II veterans, one a pilot. This story brought tears of joy. Thank you for sharing this story.

great day for a great man. we have people like him all over this country. most aren’t as old but he is a fine example of why we live in the best country in the world.
