They allow you to stop if there is something in front of you I don't know any details and don't pretend to judge, but the idea that you just HAVE to hit anyone in front of you if you can't dodge is a bit off. He was on Hwy 29 in Century, FL. He was in front of the Century Fire Department. I was traveling south bound. That's when I had to decreases my vehicles' speed down to 20 m.p.h. Due to him being park in the right drive lane without hazards on. Also due to other vehicles driving in the left-hand passing lane. Just to think, that if one of us would of been able to help him. This may not be bad news that we all are reading. Just a thought. I could have helped but decided not to because it's hard for me to put myself into a situation where I do not know the individual. If the Town of Century and or Escambia County sat a trooper at the middle and each end of the town. How can I say this politely. People are running 85 and 90 mph though there. Cops included. Our highway patrol and sheriffs need to police the area better. Here in Atlanta theres cop cars everywere. Even emtpy one.
