It simply amazes me with all of Florida’s laws, that it’s legal to ride a motorcycle without a helmet.

Please I know it is not the law anymore, wear a helmet. I find it ironic that if I’m on a bicycle I have to wear a helmet, but if you’re on a motorcycle you don’t. The legislation really messed up when they changed that law. Prayers for all

NO MORE TRAFFIC LIGHTS ON Hwy29! It hasn’t helped wrecks at 29 and 97, stupid drivers continue to drive stupid. Also it adds 5–10mins extra time on traveling to Pensacola from the North end of the county.

All the new pavement in the WORLD won’t help if someone does a sudden lane change in front of you. Prayers for the riders and yes, a brain bucket may have helped both of them. Please, no more stop lights!

If you read, it stated that she made an IMPROPER LANE CHANGE. People need to start learning how to drive and following the rules of the road. Too many people think the rules do not apply to them. The road up that way on Hwy 29 and Whirlpool road it not in bad condition like @Rasheed Jackson stated.

@ mtaylor, the pavement at this section of 29 is in good condition. Pavement was not an issue.
I turn at this intersection everyday. When you are heading North you are coming up a hill and on a curve. The intersection is in a bad location. If you are slowing to turn, people coming up the hill and around the curve are on you before they know it.
This was a serious accident and the speed at this part of the highway is 65 mph, I just and pray the injured parties make a fast and complete recovery.
