Not that it has anything to do with this article, but in response to the comment regarding speeding and tailgating. I know for a fact that they both speed and tailgate at 2:00AM (similar time), because for some reason, they believe that you should drive faster late at night when there isn’t as much traffic. However, in that stretch, it is very dark and it can be difficult seeing someone walking down the side of the road, much less in the middle of the road.

CCTV to catch speeders, people tossing trash and help stranded motorists.

With the population of humans growing at the rate they are in our area means more cars more bikes and cycles and also more pedestrians walking,running ,jogging etc… We all have to slow down be cautious and overall all safe always remain vigilant to your surroundings and please be careful out there my friends

The combination of very poor lighting and reckless driving makes Blue Angel Hwy dangerous for pedestrians, bicyclists, and drivers.

..There is nothing wrong with Blue Angle ..wide right of ways and no obstructions..yes , it would be nice if 4-lanes which will happen one day..pedestrians should walk clear off the pavement..common sence..and they still have not said why the 20 year old crossed the line last week in the same area….it is only about safe driving , no texting , no alcohol or drugs..and driving focused on safe travel..

Well if you know anything about that area, it is not made for someone to be walking on that road, that’s why it’s called a parkway. It’s a blind curve on BlueAngel right before Mobile Hwy, a dangerous section of road. As far as speeding, everyone speeds to some degree, more policing will never change that.
