A nice place to pull in and rest up while you let the traffic move on out of the way. A Genius Idea if ever there was one for locals stuck in the gridlock. A large piece of land along that section of Pine Forest is now up for sale. Let's not forget that Hwy 29 is still an obstacle course also. This is only going to continue to be a mess until ALL of the roadwork is done. I understand progress but I wish we could get the roadwork completed before adding to the problem of more people using the roads in this general area. My concern is will there be a light at Pine Cone once road is completed? If hotel is open in fall of 2020, the traffic in and out along with the apartment complex will be unbelievable. I would not want to rent or stay in hotel in that area because of the impossible access. Yes, I agree traffic on 9 mile is horrible at the moment.
